This is another 4-dimensional solid projected into 3-space, this one made up of 24 octahedra. Also known as the "hyperdiamond", the 24-cell is the only regular polytope which has no analogue in three dimensions.
This sculpture, and its projection, were suggested by Henry Cohn.
